Privacy
All surveys results are private and confidential and are only used for the purpose of market research by Rx Communications Ltd for Health Outcomes Communicator (HOC). Your details or answers will not be used in any other promotion nor will you receive any promotional literature that you are not already subscribed to. Your details or answers will not be used, sold or leased to any third party nor will they be used in conjunction with any other campaign by Rx Communications Ltd.

Competition Rules
The competition starts on 12/01/09 and will finish on 31/3/2009 and is only open to participants who were subscribers to HOC before 31/12/2008. Participants may only enter once, any duplicated entries will be disregarded. The winner will be picked at random and notified via email. The winner will have 28 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize, another winner will be chosen at random.

Once the winner has been identified, Rx Communications Ltd. will then provide the winner with a Nintendo Wii Games Console and Wii Sports Game. The console games will either be in PAL format (European) or NTSC fromat (North American) depending on the location of the winner.
