  • Successfully gave a stagnant IIR programme momentum, resulting in the publication of ten useful studies
  • Designed and facilitated a large team workshop to reconsider publications planning and to generate over 30 new ideas for publications and communications
  • Developed a comprehensive sales training tool, SHARP guide, on a contentious study, generating global interest
