This retrospective study analysed the baseline and follow-up data of patients treated with baricitinib, a medication for rheumatoid arthritis, in the UK. The research, conducted between 1st January 2018 to 31st March 2020, assessed patient demographics, continued use of the medication and variations in disease activity over time in a real-world rheumatology setting.
Ixekizumab vs Adalimumab for Psoriatic Disease
This study presents a 52-week post hoc analysis of the SPIRIT-H2H trial, a multicenter, randomized, open-label, parallel-group study. The focus of the research was on Biologic Disease-Modifying Anti-rheumatic Drug (DMARD)-naïve patients with Psoriatic Arthritis and active Psoriasis, comparing the effectiveness of the treatments Ixekizumab and Adalimumab.
