This publication discusses a real-world study conducted across five European countries, surveying women with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer who were just beginning to use endocrine therapy-based regimens. The study sought to collect and analyse these patients' self-reported quality of life, pain levels, and how their condition and treatment impacted their daily activities and work.

This article reviews four cases of patients with gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas who experienced grade 2 or higher chemotherapy-related side effects while on a second-line treatment regime of ramucirumab and paclitaxel. The study presents how, by managing the chemotherapy-associated toxicity through dose modifications, it was possible to continue treatment and potentially improve patient survival without altering the ramucirumab dosage schedule.
