A Year of Meaningful Communication

As we look back on 2025, one theme stands out: the power of thoughtful, purposeful communication. In a year defined by rapid scientific progress and evolving healthcare challenges, the need for clarity, empathy and scientific integrity has never been more essential. Clear communication does more than inform. It helps build understanding, support decision making, and ultimately contributes to better patient care.

At Rx, our work is guided by a shared commitment to turning evidence into meaningful impact. Across therapy areas, across channels, and across audiences, we focus on translating complex science into messages that resonate. Whether developing clinical manuscripts, supporting medical affairs strategy, creating educational materials, or communicating emerging innovations, we aim to ensure that each piece of work supports real-world outcomes.

This year, we have been privileged to help tell stories that matter. We have collaborated on projects that illuminate new treatment approaches, bring visibility to underserved patient populations, and highlight the experiences of the researchers and clinicians driving progress forward. These are the stories that contribute to informed practice, widen access to knowledge, and promote better health outcomes. Thank you for the trust you place in us to help communicate them.

Thank You to Our Clients and Collaborators

To our clients, partners, and collaborators – thank you. Your trust in our team, your commitment to high-quality, evidence-based communication, and your openness to working together with curiosity and care have made this year truly meaningful.

Every project we support is a collaboration: a shared effort to bring clarity to complexity, to elevate important research, and to communicate science in ways that make a difference. We are continually inspired by the expertise you bring, the challenges you are solving, and the passion you hold for improving outcomes for patients and communities.

This year has been marked by thoughtful conversations, creative problem solving, and strong partnerships that have helped shape impactful work across therapy areas and formats. We are grateful for every brief, every discussion, every late-stage refinement, and every moment of insight along the way.

Thank you for choosing to work with us. We value the relationships we have built together – and we look forward to continuing to support your work in the year ahead.

From Our Team to Yours: Wishing You a Restful Break

As the year draws to a close, we hope you are able to pause, step back, and enjoy some well-earned rest. The pace of scientific, clinical, and communications work is often fast and demanding. Taking time to recharge is not only restorative, but essential for returning refreshed and ready for the year ahead.

This season, many of our team have been embracing small rituals and moments of joy that make the holidays feel special. One colleague shared the story of their outdoor Christmas tree, lit each year to the delight of an elderly neighbour who watches it glow from her living-room window. Their street gathers twice annually for a community party complete with homemade treats, fire pits, and a mulled-wine toast to absent friends. It is a reminder of how meaningful connection can be at this time of year.

Others in the team are deep in family traditions, from the chaos and charm of Elf on the Shelf to Secret Santa exchanges, Christmas carols, and the small rituals that signal the start of the festive season.

For those of us in NZ, December is a season of sunshine, Christmas markets, berry picking for the pavlova, and discovering a new festive novel. Some are heading north to reunite with a sprawling family clan, armed with favourite books and even a blow-up canoe for peaceful hours on the water.

We hope your own holiday period offers similar moments of quiet, warmth, and delight. Whether through good conversations, a well-thumbed book, or time spent with people who lift you up, may you find space to rest and reset.

Thank you for all you have contributed this year. We wish you a peaceful break, and a return to work in the new year feeling rested, inspired, and reconnected with what matters most.

Wishing You a Happy Holiday Season

Thank you once again for being part of our year. We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to continuing our work together in 2026.

Wishing you a restful break and a bright start to the year ahead.

Happy holidays from Ruth and the Rx team.
